TenderResponseOS processes account details, company profile data, tender documents, evidence documents, generated drafts, payment records, and audit events required to operate the tender response service.
Uploaded evidence may include sensitive company, tax, banking, registration, certification, staff, and identity documents. Users must only upload information they are authorised to process.
We use this data to provide tender intake, requirement matrices, missing-information logs, submission TOCs, draft packs, QA checks, payment handling, support, and security monitoring.
Client workspaces are separated by tenant. Files are stored in private buckets and served through signed URLs.
To request deletion or export of your data, contact the account owner or the service operator listed in your commercial agreement.
