The system must not be used to fabricate bidder facts, certifications, project references, pricing inputs, signatures, or compliance evidence.
MBD/SBD and similar statutory forms should be handled through field guides and human-signature workflows unless the buyer explicitly permits electronic completion.
Public beta access may be limited, suspended, or revoked to protect tenant data, platform stability, payment integrity, or compliance obligations.
